Do you take reservations?

Unfortunately, at this time, we do not take any reservations at any location. In addition, we do not take any names down through phone calls. It will have to be walk-ins only.


Is the restaurant dog friendly? 

At our Tarzana location, we have a front patio that will allow dogs for dining. 

At our Westlake location, we have an enclosed outdoor front patio. This means that walking through the restaurant is required to access the front patio. You will need to have a helping hand to help bring the dog over the patio glass in order to dine with your dog. If this is not possible, we also have an outdoor back patio that is easily accessible. 

Service dogs are exempts at any of our locations. Please note that according to the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), therapy dogs are not the same as ADA-certified service dogs. 


Are there any gluten-free pancakes?

Unfortunately, no, we do not have any gluten-free pancakes. 


Can we order Soufflé Pancakes and Souffles for takeout?

At this time, our Soufflé and Soufflé Pancakes are only offered at our Westlake Village location and not Tarzana. Soufflé and Soufflé Pancakes are not available for takeout. We want our customers to enjoy them the way they were meant to be: warm and fluffy, which they would not be if taken home.
